Take care of your children's health with this delicious mashed potato with hidden cauliflower. It is a puree made from cauliflower and has the consistency and flavor of a rich mashed potato. The cauliflower is very nutritious and is high in fiber. It is the perfect garnish to complement a balanced meal. Your children will love it.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 40 grams cream
  • 30 grams unsalted butter
  • 70 grams Turkey ham
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chives

Preparation

Clean and cut the cauliflower to separate the saplings. Cook in boiling water with salt until smooth. Drain the water and let it drain.
Pass the cauliflower to the blender and mix until you get a puree. If you prefer, you can also crush it with a wooden shovel.
Empty the puree in a bowl and add butter, cream, salt and pepper. Mix everything until you have a creamy puree.
Cut the ham into squares and add it to the puree. Chop some chives and sprinkle on top.

PRESENTATION

Add a little chopped scallion and diced ham.

TIPS

You can substitute ham for bacon.
