Preparation
In a frying pan melt the unsalted margarine and sauté the onion for 2 minutes. Add the chili and cook 1 more minute.
Add the beans and the broth and crush them to a paste, season with the Knorr® cube Tomato Seasoning and cumin.
Add the cheese and let the beans take shape.
Fill the chilies previously softened and serve 2 on each plate. They can be accompanied by a tomato sauce and if they are used as a garnish for another stew, serve one in each dish.
