The chiles en nogada are a dish that we all enjoy during the national holidays, try these simple chiles en nogada that will make your life easier when preparing them.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground pork
  • 2 green apples, in cubes
  • 1 can tomato puree
  • 1/2 cups seedless raisin
  • 8 poblano peppers, Roasted, peeled, without veins
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 100 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups walnut, peeled and toasted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 1 red pomegranate
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic; Acitrona, stirring frequently.
Add the meat; kitchen 5 min .; drain the fat. Incorporate tomato sauce; cook over medium-low heat 10 min, stirring occasionally.
Add the raisins and the chopped apple. Season to taste. Set aside and let the mixture cool.

Meanwhile, milk, cream cheese, nuts, sugar and cinnamon are blended until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Just before serving them, sprinkle the chiles with the sauce you prepared; put on top the pomegranate seeds.

PRESENTATION

Remember that the typical recipe is with the peppers at the time if you want to do it that way, put them less time in the oven. I like warm ones.

melina santamaria saben horribles, se me quemo todo y como soy pobre y ya no tenia dinero me los tuve que comer así. que desperdicio de dinero, me dio cáncer por comer Chile quemado, yo no los recomiendo, les dará diarrea infecciosa por la carne de cerdo, mi hija se murió por comerlos, y hoy es el velorio POR SI LOS DE KIWILIMON QUIEREN VENIR A PEDIRME PERDÓN, saludos, recuerden no los hagan
