The chiles en nogada are a dish that we all enjoy during the national holidays, try these simple chiles en nogada that will make your life easier when preparing them.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons of oil

  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 500 grams of ground pork
  • 2 green apples in cubes
  • 1 can of tomato puree
  • 1/2 Cup of seedless raisin
  • 8 poblano peppers Roasted, peeled, without veins
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 100 grams of Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of walnut peeled and toasted
  • 2 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 red pomegranate
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic; Acitrona, stirring frequently.
    Add the meat; kitchen 5 min .; drain the fat. Incorporate tomato sauce; cook over medium-low heat 10 min, stirring occasionally.
    Add the raisins and the chopped apple. Season to taste. Set aside and let the mixture cool.

    PRESENTATION
