Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chili peppers to fill "La Huerta"
  • 1 cup white rice, pre-cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups bean, whole cooked
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 150 grams tomato puree
  • 150 grams sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons chicken consommé
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Preparation

Thaw the Chiles para Rellenar "La Huerta" in a bowl of hot water.
Cook pre-cooked rice according to package directions.
In a bowl, mix the rice with the cooked beans.
Open each chili in half vertically, remove the seeds, fill with ¼ of the rice and bean mixture and close.
Heat a small frying pan with a little oil, fry the onion, add the tomato puree, mix and cook for 2 min.
Add the sour cream little by little, mix, add the parsley and the chicken broth. Cook for 4 min.
Season with salt and pepper.
Reheat the chiles if necessary and bathe them with the tomato sauce.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with red meat.

TIPS

To make the peppers less hot, soak them for 20 min. BEFORE filling them in 1 liter of water with ½ cup of apple cider vinegar.
