Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 can anchovy, in oil
  • 4 tablespoons basil leaf, chopped
  • 1/3 cups olive oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven in broil. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and put them on a baking tray with the cut part down.
