Preparation
Put the chiles on the fire to tate them and remove the skin. As soon as you put them in a plastic bag for a minute. This is how the skin comes off very easily.
Cut them into thin strips and if they are too long, cut them in half too.
In a large pan, put the butter and start browning the onion.
Continue with the slices, brown for about three minutes and add the corn. Leave another three minutes to incorporate the flavors. Season to taste.
Add the cream and let the flavors come in for another five minutes. Season if necessary.
And ready!
