Some delicious slices of poblano pepper with yellow corn and cream. They are a very rich stew and perfect for a day without meat. You can enjoy these delicious slices in taquitos, with a little white rice or solitas.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 poblano peppers, washed and dried
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 can corn, yellow, drained and rinsed
  • 400 milliliters cream
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Put the chiles on the fire to tate them and remove the skin. As soon as you put them in a plastic bag for a minute. This is how the skin comes off very easily.
Cut them into thin strips and if they are too long, cut them in half too.
In a large pan, put the butter and start browning the onion.
Continue with the slices, brown for about three minutes and add the corn. Leave another three minutes to incorporate the flavors. Season to taste.
Add the cream and let the flavors come in for another five minutes. Season if necessary.
And ready!

Super fácil y delicioso! Para más rápido utilice rajas congeladas y no cambio en nada el sabor, le puse tantito queso Oaxaca y quedaron más ricas.

Muy buena, solo que en los cinco minutos la crema se 'evaporo' y en mi opinión la mantequilla es a consideración, pues puede quedar grsasosito*.
