Prepare homemade canned peppers. This recipe is free of preservatives and is an easy procedure.You can used canned chillies for a lot of different dishes.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 5 spoonfuls of vegetable oil
  • 1 piece of onion cut into thin slices
  • 1 Cup of carrot cut into thin slices
  • 20 pieces of jalapeno pepper cut into slices
  • 5 leaves of laurel
  • 5 pieces of black pepper coarse
  • 2 cloves of garlic bare
  • 2 spoonfuls of coarse salt
  • 3 cups of Water
  • 1 Cup of Apple vinager

    Preparation

    In a medium heat, heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes.
    Add the carrot and cook for 3 more minutes. Then add the chiles, the bay, the pepper, the garlic, the sea salt and cook for 10 minutes.
    Add the vinegar, and the water. Finish cooking over medium heat for 15 more minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a sterilized jar to keep them.

    TIPS

    Keep them in the fridge, they last only one month.
