Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of Chiles to fill "La Huerta"
  • 1 Cup of White rice pre-cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups of bean whole cooked
  • 1 tablespoon of onion chopped
  • 150 grams of tomato puree
  • 150 grams of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoonful of parsley chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of chicken consommé
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Defrost the Chiles to fill "La Huerta" in a container with hot water.
    Cook the pre-cooked rice according to the package instructions.
    In a bowl, mix the rice with the cooked beans.
    Open each chili vertically in half, remove the seeds, fill with ¼ of the mixture of rice and beans and close it.
    Heat a small pan with a little oil, sauté the onion, add the tomato puree, mix and cook for 2 min.
    Add the sour cream little by little, mix, add the parsley and chicken broth. Cook for 4 min.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Reheat chiles if necessary and bathe with tomato sauce.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with red meats.

    TIPS

    To make the chiles bite less, soak them for 20 min. BEFORE filling them in 1 liter of water with ½ cup of apple cider vinegar.
