Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chili peppers, to fill "La Huerta"
  • 250 grams whole corn kernels, "The Huerta"
  • 250 grams asadero cheese, grated
  • 120 grams Ham, sliced ​​in squares
  • 250 grams cream, sour
  • 2 teaspoons chives, dehydrated
  • 1/2 teaspoons chicken consommé
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Defrost the Chiles to fill "La Huerta" in a container with hot water.
In the microwave, heat the Elote in Grain "La Huerta", in a medium bowl.
Mix the corn, cheese and ham, season with salt and pepper.
Open each chile in half vertically, remove the seeds, fill with ¼ of the mixture of corn, cheese and ham and close it.
For the sauce: Heat a small skillet, add the cream and chives. Mix and cook for 2 min. Add the chicken broth and heat for 2 more minutes.
Place the chiles in a refractory and heat them in the microwave or in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve with roasted chicken or red meats.

TIPS

To make the chiles pique less, soak them for 20 minutes before filling them in 1 liter of water with ½ cup of apple cider vinegar.
