Excellent recipe to botanize with friends. They are eaten fresh when they are still golden and hot, with raw vegetables such as carrots and celery, and chipotle dressing.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 10 strips surimi
  • 1 package Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1/4 Nestle mmedia crema
  • 5 green onions
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 20 jalapeno Peppers, approximately
  • 5 eggs
  • flour
  • bread crumbs
  • oils, Enough

Preparation

Tatemar the jalapeño peppers on the stove and put them to sweat in a bag, then clean them and devein them and set aside.
Put in a processor the first 5 ingredients until they are well mixed and with this mixture fill the peppers.
First flour the chilies, then pass them through the egg and finally the empanizer.
Put the oil to heat, when it is hot start to fry the peppers until they turn golden brown.

TIPS

Accompany with chipotle mayonnaise and vegetables such as carrot, celery and cucumber.
