Ingredients

8 portions

  • 1 can tomato sauce

  • 1/2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 carrot, cut into cubes

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
Season the onion and garlic with a little oil for 3 minutes, add the meat and cook for 5 minutes or until it is well cooked. Incorporate the carrot for 6 min or until the carrot is tender. Add the tomato sauce and salt and pepper.
Place a spoonful of the meat mixture inside each chili. Put in a refractory and add the excess broth of the mixture on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 min.
