Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 kilo of ground beef of pork
  • 2 green apples peeled
  • 2 cups of tomato sauce
  • 1 Cup of raisin
  • 8 poblano peppers Roasted, peeled and clean
  • 3/4 of Cup of milk
  • 150 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 Cup of nut
  • 3 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 Cup of pomegranate
  • oils
  • parsley
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 egg yolks

    Preparation

    Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic and stir.
    Add the meat, cook it and drain the fat.
    Grate an apple and chop the other apple.
    Add the grated apple to the pan.
    Add the tomato sauce, wait a few minutes and then add the raisins and the chopped apple.
    Fill chiles with the mixture.
    Beat the whites until you get a spongy consistency.
    Add the yolks and beat.
    Pass the chilies through the flour, then the beaten eggs and finally add the chili to the pan with oil and fry them.
    Blend milk, cream cheese, nuts, sugar and cinnamon until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
    Serve the chiles with the cheese sauce on top and garnish with pomegranate and parsley.
