This recipe is simple but very delicious and above all healthy because I believe that the eggplant reduces the fats that veins may have samples at home we consume it at least once a week I hope you like it.


4 portions
  • 2 eggplants
  • fresh coriander, chopped
  • 100 grams ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/2 glasses wine
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • fresh cheeses, sliced
  • Dried oregano
  • breads, grated


First cut the aubergines by half take the seeds that are in the center but not fry sauté the onion with oil and the tomato salt add the garlic, the pepper, when it is well cooked the tomato add the meat and what is removed from the middle of the aubergines the chopped culantro and the wine when thickening with the bread or biscuit.
Place the preparation in the aubergines cut in half and fill them with the oregano cheese.
Place them in the same pot and cover them well and the aubergines cook with the slow fire adding a little water.
Serve decorating them with the lettuce, the hard-boiled egg and the olive.


They can also be put in the oven and au gratin as they like.
