The green beans with almonds and butter are the perfect garnish, it also looks very elegant and tastes delicious.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos green bean
  • 1/2 onions
  • 50 grams butter
  • salt
  • 3/4 cups almond, filleted

Preparation

Cut the green beans in 2 or 3 pieces.
The green beans are cooked with the half onion and salt.
When they are tender they are taken out of the fire and drained.
They are put back to the fire with squares of butter and almonds.
