Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos green bean, tender
  • 3 tomatoes, cooked and ground
  • 100 grams bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • salt, and pepper

Preparation

Cut the ends and the strands of the green beans. Wash them and cut them into medium pieces. Combine them in hot water with salt.
In a pan, fry the bacon , without adding oil, drain a little of the oil that comes out of the bacon and finish frying the bacon with the parsley and onion until it is sharp. Add green beans.
Let the green beans be fried with the preparation. Add the tomato and season with salt and pepper.
Let the preparation boil for a while, add the broth and baking soda and let it cook over medium heat, until everything is well cooked. Serves hot
