A delicious green beans to the Mexican that you can serve as garnish or dinner for when we are on a diet. They are easy to make!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos green bean
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • butter
  • baking soda
  • salt
  • 2 tomatoes, without seeds, cut into cubes

Preparation

Cut the green beans in bias.
The beans are cooked with the half onion, salt and a little bit of baking.
When they are tender they are taken out of the fire and drained.
They are put back to the fire with a little bit of butter.
Add the tomato leaves for 3 more minutes and ready.
