If you like the portobellos, you have to try this delicious and easy recipe, you just have to marinate them with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and parsley. You can accompany them with salmon, chicken and meat.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 2 trays Portobello mushroom, medium size
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or garlic or onion oil
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic, finely cut
  • lemon juice

Preparation

Cut the mushrooms into slices a little thick about 3 cm.
Cook the mushrooms with the olive oil; add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from the fire.
Mix the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar, the parsley, the onion, the garlic and the lemon juice and bathe the mushrooms.
Let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours, (this may be longer so that the ingredients are impregnated).
Serve cold.

You can use these portobellos to make a delicious hamburger.
