Ingredients

6 servings
  • 150 grams of leg ham Zwan®
  • 6 pieces of Portobello mushroom
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
    Disinfect the mushrooms and remove the stem.
    Chop the Zwan® leg ham.
    Wash and chop the spinach.
    Mix the cream cheese with spinach and leg ham, season with salt and pepper.
    Fill the mushrooms with the mixture.
    Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet.
    Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
    Put them in the oven for 10 minutes.
    Serve hot.
