Sautéed mushrooms with soy sauce and a touch of garlic. They are a delicious garnish or snack. Also, they are extremely easy to prepare.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 16 mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

In a pan slightly browned garlic finely chopped .
Add the mushrooms and dip them with a little soy sauce.
Allow the mushrooms to reduce their size. Season with ground pepper.
