  • 600 grams mushroom, big
  • 400 grams shrimp, clean and peeled

  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 glasses Water
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 8 tablespoons white wine
  • salt, and pepper to taste


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees while preparing the stuffing of our mushrooms.
Clean the mushrooms well with a cloth of the earth and separate the hats from the feet of the mushroom to reserve the hats.
