The gringas are a typical dish of the taquerías, dare to prepare a gringa with mushrooms in your house, it will be very simple!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 400 grams mushroom, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 200 grams Chihuahua cheese, grated
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Fry the bacon, when you start to remove the fat add the garlic and then the peppers and mushrooms. Salt peppers to taste.
Put half the cheese on 4 tortillas, add the mixture of the mushrooms and finally add the other half of the cheese and another tortilla on top.
Heat in a hot comal so that the cheese melts.
