Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms are a delicious healthy garnish option that will leave you as a goddess of the kitchen.


6 portions
  • 400 grams mushroom, big
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • walnuts, chopped


Clean the mushrooms well with a cloth of the earth and separate the hats from the feet of the mushroom to reserve the hats. Chop the mushrooms' feet.
Melt the butter and add the onion and garlic.
Over low heat add spinach, mushroom feet, cream and cheese. Salpimenta to taste.
Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and put them in a tray.
Bake at 180 ° C for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
