They are excellent quesadillitas practices to botanize, they are very rich and easy to prepare, with chihuahua cheese that melts so rich that my family loves it.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 250 grams mushroom, washed and filleted
  • 200 grams spinach, washed, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 5 Green Chiles, in thin slices
  • 10 flour tortillas, big
  • 250 grams Chihuahua cheese
  • salt, and pepper
  • oils

Preparation

Acitrona the onion, add the chopped chili and fry for 1 minute.
Empty the mushrooms and spinach, stir and season with salt and pepper and cover for 3 more minutes.
Heat the tortillas and put a slice of cheese to melt, then add the mushrooms and close the quesadilla.
Finally cut into triangles and fry with little oil or no fat only in the comal.

PRESENTATION

Split the quesadillas in half so that triangles remain and serve, for spicy aficionados can be accompanied with guacamole or pico de gallo.

TIPS

You can add epazote when cooking the mushrooms for more flavor.
