Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 400 grams chard, Cooked and drained
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • salt, and pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons tarragon, dehydrated
  • 1/2 cups Chihuahua cheese, grated

Preparation

Spread the onion in a pan with the oil and reserve when they are ready.
Grease a glass oven refractory.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix the Swiss chard, potatoes, onion, salt, pepper and tarragon. Serve in the refractory that you prepared.
