Enjoy this excellent choice of healthy hamburger made with portobello marinated in olive oil with truffle, accompanied by jocoque, gouda cheese, red pepper, arugula and caramelized onions. Do not let it pass!

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/4 cups Extra Especial® extra virgin olive oil with white truffle
  • 2 portobello mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon Great Value® salt
  • 2 burger buns
  • 2 slices gouda cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 1/2 red onions, cut into slices
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons Great Value® Refined Sugar
  • 1/4 cups orange bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cups baby arugula
  • 2 tablespoons jocoque Extra Special® with fine herbs and garlic

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Marina los portobellos with extra virgin Extra Special® olive oil with white truffle for 20 minutes. Cut into sheets.
In a grill pan, cook the portobellos until they are marked and season with salt.
Place the portobellos on the hamburger pair bread and cover with the slices of cheese. Gratin in the oven for 5 minutes. Reservation.
For the onions, heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the onions until they soften. Add vinegar and sugar and cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until caramelized.
Make the burgers by placing some jocoque on the tops of the bread, add the onions, peppers and arugula to the portobellos.
Cover and serve immediately. Accompany with potato wedges.
