These portobellos stuffed with French lettuce are very creamy and rich, as the filling has a touch of Parmesan cheese dressing that makes it irresistible. Do not leave them for tomorrow!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 portobello mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, to varnish
  • 2 pinches salt, to varnish
  • 2 pinches black pepper, to varnish
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/8 red onions, in pen
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 packages lettuce, Mini French Eva ®
  • 1/4 cups roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup dressing, of Parmesan Eva ®
  • 1 cup Gouda cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lettuce, Mini French Eva ® to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Varnish the portobellos with olive oil, salt and pepper.
In a pan over medium heat heat oil and butter. Cook the purple onion until transparent and add the garlic, cook a minute.
Add the mini French Eve® lettuce and cook for 5 minutes. Mix with the peanuts and the Parmesan Eva® dressing and season with salt if necessary.
Fill the portobellos and cover with the cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until the portobellos are soft and the cheese melted. Decorate with chopped lettuce leaves and serve immediately.

PRESENTATION
