Ingredients

  • 4 portobello mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil to varnish
  • 2 pinches of Salt to varnish
  • 2 pinches of black pepper to varnish
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1/8 of red onion in pen
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 packages of lettuce Mini French Eva ®
  • 1/4 of Cup of roasted peanuts
  • 1 Cup of dressing of Parmesan Eva ®
  • 1 Cup of Gouda cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon of lettuce Mini French Eva ® to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Varnish the portobellos with olive oil, salt and pepper.
    In a pan over medium heat heat oil and butter. Cook the purple onion until transparent and add the garlic, cook a minute.
    Add the mini French Eve® lettuce and cook for 5 minutes. Mix with the peanuts and the Parmesan Eva® dressing and season with salt if necessary.
    Fill the portobellos and cover with the cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until the portobellos are soft and the cheese melted. Decorate with chopped lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
