Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo pumpkin
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 can corn grain
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 stick monterrey cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pinch salt, and pepper

Preparation

Chop the onion into slices.
Chop the garlic, the pumpkins and the tomato.
In a pan heat the butter, fry the onion with the garlic.
Add pumpkins until lightly cooked, add tomato, corn kernels and continue simmering.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, cover with cheese, cover so that it is gratinated.

PRESENTATION

Accompanied with white rice or refried beans

TIPS

You can add oregano, epazote or chicharrón.
