Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 romanesco
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams grated cheese
  • 50 grams ground bread, with garlic and parsley
  • enough oil

Preparation

Cut into pieces the romenesco, Cook for 8-10 minutes.
