This recipe of artichoke and palm hearts tartare is delicious and fresh, the flavors are very original, you will like it. It is a good vegetarian entry or for a hot day.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 artichoke hearts
  • 5 palmetto
  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 twig basil
  • salt

Preparation

Chop the artichoke, palm hearts and mozzarella in small squares of the same size. Put them in a container and stir them.
Remove the seeds from the tomato, chop it in squares of the same size and add to the container.
Mix the olive oil with the chopped basil to taste and salt. Add the dressing to the previous vegetables with the cheese, mix well. Refrigerate and serve.

PRESENTATION

It can be served on a leaf of lettuce and add a little olive oil. Or simply as an accompaniment to a meat.

TIPS

You can use tarragon instead of basil.
