Preparation
Chop the artichoke, palm hearts and mozzarella in small squares of the same size. Put them in a container and stir them.
Remove the seeds from the tomato, chop it in squares of the same size and add to the container.
Mix the olive oil with the chopped basil to taste and salt. Add the dressing to the previous vegetables with the cheese, mix well. Refrigerate and serve.
