Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • olive oils
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups ground bread
  • soy
  • salt, to taste (optional)
  • black pepper, to taste (optional)
  • vegetal oil, enough to fry

Preparation

Cut the zucchini into bars of the same size.
In a bowl put the zucchini with garlic, olive oil and soy. Let them marinate for 20 min.
Put sl and pepper on the ground bread.
Flour zucchini, then pass through the beaten egg and finally pass through the breadcrumbs.
When the oil is hot, fry until golden, about 4-5 minutes will be enough. Put on absorbent paper and serve hot.
