Ingredients

12 portions
  • 6 zucchini, Italian medium
  • 250 grams Turkey ham
  • 1/4 white onions, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chicken soup, powdered
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 200 grams panela cheese
  • olive oils

Preparation

Put in a pot to cook the zucchini, divided half lengthwise.
Once they begin to soften, with a small spoon scrape the pulp of the zucchini and reserve.
In a frying pan place a little olive oil and season the finely chopped onion.
Chop the pulp of the zucchini and add to the above.
Subsequently, chop the ham and add it to the pan, adding the powder chicken broth, the pepper and little by little the milk.
Once all the ingredients have been incorporated, remove from heat.
Fill in a refractory, the zucchini and fill with the mixture already prepared, grate a little panela cheese.
