Delicious, easy and Italian recipe for stuffed pumpkins, ideal to prepare on any special day.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • olive oils necessary amount
  • 1 can of tomato chopped
  • 4 leaves of basil cool
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • Salt
  • 4 chicken milanesa (breaded) fillets (steaks) chicken breast (as you ask)
  • 3/4 of Cup of ground bread
  • 2 eggs milkshakes
  • wheat flours necessary amount
  • olive oils to fry quantity needed
  • 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1 Cup of Parmesan cheese grated
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    In a large skillet, heat a jet of oil over medium-high heat, since it is hot, add the chopped onion. After about 8 minutes (moving from time to time so you do not burn) add the chopped garlic , and fry for 1 minute add the oregano, basil and sugar. After a minute add the chopped tomato and season with salt and pepper. The fire is lowered and let reduce half an hour.
    Apart, we mix the bread crumbs with 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper. We passed the chicken fillets through the flour, the beaten egg, and the bread crumb mixture.
    Heat oil in a pan and fry the fillets. Apart in a baking dish put a layer of sauce, put the steaks on top and cover them with the mozzarella cheese and then with the rest of the parmesan cheese. And put it in the oven (preheated to 200ºC) (uncovered) for 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.

    PRESENTATION

    You can place the breasts on a sauce mirror and you can accompany them with some salad or stuffed pumpkins.

    TIPS

    If you do not have time to prepare the sauce, you can substitute it with a jar of the traditional pasta sauce that you find in any supermarket and thus save time.

    calabazas... donde están las calabazas se les olvidaron...según eran calabazas rellenas

    ¿Calabazas rellenas? ¿Dónde están las calabazas en esta receta? En la presentación vienen. Pero no es el nombre correcto de la receta. Entre a verla porque me gustan las calabazas y encuentro pollo, se mira rico, pero es pollo.
