Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup Goya® tricolor organic quinoa
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 tablespoon onion
  • 1/2 cups carrot
  • 1/2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • enough chives, to decorate

Preparation

In a saucepan add the Goya® tricolor organic Quinoa, water and salt. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Reservation.
In a deep frying pan add the olive oil, add the onion, chives, carrots and squash. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
Make a circle in the center of the pan and pour the egg, mix until cooked and integrated.
Add Goya® Tricolor Organic Quinoa, soy sauce and mix.
Garnish with chives and serve hot.

PRESENTATION

Serve hot and garnish with chives.
