  • 500 grams zucchini
  • 250 grams Chihuahua cheese
  • 125 grams corn kernels
  • 4 chilaca chilli peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic, medium


Cut the zucchini into small pieces and then sauté with a teaspoon of oil put on a fire on a frying pan or a comaleta the chiles, when the skin has been toasted put them in a plastic bag and reserve.
Then part the onion into thin slices and add to the zucchini, before they soften too much grind the tomato with the clove of garlic, then remove the skin from the chiles and make them rajas add them together with the corn granites to the zucchini leave it 5 minutes and cover.
When this is all integrated add the tomato and let it boil for 15 minutes on a very low heat, scratch the cheese and reserve.
When you are ready turn off the heat and add the cream stir a bit and then add the cheese over the whole stew and then cover for 5 minutes to gratine and that's it and you'll see what a delight.

Por favor pongan bien la receta, en la lista de ingedientes no viene la crema y tomate y en el procedimiento si lo menciona.
