Preparation
Cut the zucchini into small pieces and then sauté with a teaspoon of oil put on a fire on a frying pan or a comaleta the chiles, when the skin has been toasted put them in a plastic bag and reserve.
Then part the onion into thin slices and add to the zucchini, before they soften too much grind the tomato with the clove of garlic, then remove the skin from the chiles and make them rajas add them together with the corn granites to the zucchini leave it 5 minutes and cover.
