Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of pork rind
  • 5 Green Chiles
  • 1/2 liter of Water
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • coriander

Preparation

Put the water to heat in a pot, add the chilies and leave to boil.
