Ingredients

20 servings
  • 2 cups of Poblano pepper Strips (Rajas) frozen
  • 1/2 Cup of Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 onion filleted
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 kilo of tortilla dough
  • oils to fry

    Preparation

    Heat the oil in a frying pan.

    Sopes- deliciosos Me gusto mucho preparar esta receta porque me encanta cocinar y sobre todo platillos mexicanos, los prepare en el desayuno; ademas de esta he tomado varias recetas de aqui, muchas gracias una receta muy facil y rica, ayudan mucho los videos paso a paso para no estar tan perdida.
