This Maple Souffle of two Ingredients is perfect for those moments of whim where you do not want to spend hours in the kitchen, you can prepare it for lunches and dinners with your loved ones-

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 of Cup of Maple syrup pure

    Preparation

    Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Separate the yolks from the white.
    In a bowl mix the yolks and Maple until they are incorporated.
    In another stainless steel bowl, begin to beat the whites until soft peaks form, once that happens add the mixture of the buds and the Maple in an enveloping way.
    Empty the mixture into 4 Souffle molds and place them on a baking sheet, then bake them in the oven and immediately reduce the temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Leave them in the Oven for 10 minutes or until they are inflated.

    TIPS

    Remember not to open the oven or Souffles will not inflate, use pure Maple to have a good flavor and consistency.
