There is no better memory of our childhood than a warm soup of letters. This vegetable alphabet soup will remind you of mom, made with carrot, broccoli and pumpkin. It will complement your day with lots of flavor and nutrients. Give it a try!

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 3 tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1 garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • enough vegetal oil
  • 1 1/2 cups alphabet soup
  • to taste salt
  • 4 cups chicken soup
  • 1 cup carrot, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli, diced
  • 1 cup pumpkin, diced
  • to taste lemon, To accompany

Preparation

Blend the tomatoes, garlic, onion, and chicken broth. Reservation.
In a saucepan over medium heat heat the oil, add the soup and sauté for 5 minutes or until the pasta is lightly golden brown.
Add the tomato sauce, season with salt and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the chicken broth, the sanagoria, and the broccoli and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the pumpkin and cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve the soup in a deep plate and accompany with lemon.

PRESENTATION

Serve hot, in a deep dish.

TIPS

You can substitute the chicken broth for beef broth.
