  • 4 liters Water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomtato, finely chopped
  • 2 cups nopal, cut into cubes or strips
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons salt
