Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup bean, dry
  • 4 liters Water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomtato, finely chopped
  • 2 cups nopal, cut into cubes or strips
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • to taste nopal, cut into strips and cured, to serve
  • to taste pasilla chili pepper, Fried cut into rings to serve
  • to taste corn tortilla, in fried strips, to serve
  • to taste tomtato, cut into cubes, to serve

Preparation

Cook the beans with the water and a little salt in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes until they are soft. Reserve with everything and liquid.
Heat a pot over medium heat with the oil, fry the onion, garlic, tomatoes, add the beans with everything and broth, the nopales, the cilantro, season with salt to your liking, cook 25 minutes more, cover until the beans fall apart and the soup thickens.
Serve the soup in soups and decorate with a little pickled nopalitos, fried pasilla chili, tortilla strips and tomato. Enjoy

TIPS
