Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 1/3 cubes of Knorr® Beef Broth
  • 6 cups of Water
  • 400 grams of flank steak in pieces
  • 2 pieces of potato
  • 2 pieces of carrot peeled
  • 1 Cup of green bean
  • 4 leaves of laurel
  • 2 pieces of zucchini cut in four
  • 2 pieces of peppercorn

    Preparation

    In a pressure cooker place the water, cubes of Knorr® broth Res flavor and meat leaving to cook 15 minutes.
    Let the pressure of the pot be released and open it to add the potatoes, carrots, and green beans, let cook 10 minutes more covered adding the bay leaf and pepper.
    Repeat the action to let cool, add the pumpkin and cook 3 minutes more uncovered.
    Remove the bay leaves and peppers to serve a complete dish with all the vegetables.
