The traditional chicken pozole, this pozole is thought so that children can also eat it, you can add chili powder, radish and lettuce according to your preference.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 1 kilo boneless chicken breast, shredded
  • 3 cans chicken soup
  • 3 cans hominy
  • 1/2 cups fresh coriander, chopped
  • 200 grams fresh cheese
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 lemons

Preparation

In a pan add oil and heat the onion until it is nicely fried.
Add the chicken, the broth, the pozolero corn and the tomato sauce.
Wait for it to boil, reduce the heat and keep on a gentle heat with the lid.
Add a pinch of coriander to get flavor.
Serve the pozole and top with the sprinkled fresh cheese and a little coriander.
Add a few drops of lemon and go.

TIPS

You can add lettuce, radish and a little chili powder.

Queda muy rico , es fácil pero yo no le puse queso, acompañado con unas tostadas y una salsa de chile picante de árbol queda delicioso 👏🏼
