Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of vegetable oil
  • 4 pieces of crab entire
  • 1 piece of onion cut in cubes
  • 4 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 4 pieces of tomato cut in eighths
  • 5 pieces of chipotle chile pepper dry, deveined and seedless
  • 2 pieces of guajillo chili pepper in pieces, deveined and seedless
  • 1 tablespoon of allspices
  • 2 pieces of Corn tortillas
  • 4 cups of fish soup
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 Cup of crab pulp
  • 400 grams of shrimp with the shell
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of coriander to decorate
  • enough of tortilla chips To accompany
  • enough of green lemon for serving

    Preparation

    Heat a pot over medium heat with the oil and fry the crab until it turns reddish, reserve. Then cook the onion, garlic, tomato, chipotle chile and guajillo chili, pepper and corn tortilla.
    Blend the previous preparation (without the crabs) with 2 cups of fish broth until a smooth sauce is obtained. Strain and cook with a little oil in the same pot while boiling constantly stir it.
    Fill with the rest of the fish stock, add the crab pulp, the crabs that you previously reserved, the shrimp and cook for 20 minutes. Season to your liking with salt.
    Serve, garnish with cilantro and serve with chips and lemons, enjoy.
