This recipe is for you to enjoy a delicious fish broth, either near the sea or far away. Never forget to put variation in your menus, what better way than remembering the seafood.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/2 leeks
  • 1 carrot
  • to taste fish fillet, cuts
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, stems
  • 3 whole black peppers
  • to taste bay (laurel)
  • chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 red tomato
  • fresh coriander, to decorate
  • 1 lemon
  • salt
  • nopales, to taste
  • tortilla chip
  • 3 allspices
  • 1 liter Water

Preparation

Sauté the carrot and the leek in a few drops of canola oil.
When they are cooked add water, the fish trimmings, salt, bay leaf, coriander, black pepper and allspice, chipotle.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Remove the peppers. And if you wish, you can add tomato, nopal and heat for 1 more minute.
Serve with lemon and tortilla chips.
Garnish with coriander leaves.

Es una variante de caldo de pescado obviamente , pues uno tradicional no.lleva nopales ni chipotle...
