Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 200 grams noodle pasta, The modern
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 1 cup bean
  • 1 branch rosemary
  • 1 liter beans soup
  • 50 grams panela cheese, chopped
  • 1 serrano pepper, chopped

Preparation

Heat the oil in a pot with the garlic and onion, fry lightly, reserve. In the same oil add the noodles and brown, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
Blend the garlic and fried onions with the tomato and the two cups of chicken broth. Strain and add to the pasta. Leave to cook without cover to low flame, until the broth evaporates.
Blend the broth with the black bean cup. Strain and boil with the rosemary branch for five minutes. Remove the rosemary and break it into small pieces.
Serve the dry noodle and add the bean broth, place the panela cheese, the chile serrano and decorate with a sprig of rosemary.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

TIPS

If you like spicy, you can use chipotle chili. Do not boil the pasta with the beans, it is easily beaten. You can also place a container with olive oil on the table and suggest adding a teaspoon to the dish for better digestion.
