Ingredients

3 portions
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 1/2 kilos tomtato
  • 1/2 onions
  • 10 tortillas, cold and cut into strips
  • 2 avocados from Mexico
  • 8 guajillo chiles
  • cream, to taste
  • fresh cheeses, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • oils, the necessary

Preparation

Cook 7 guajillo chiles with tomato, onion and garlic.
In a pan or pan according to preference to brown the tortillas in strips once browned to put to drain on absorbent paper.
Once cooked, the ingredients of the sauce liquefy them and season the salt.
Put tortilla chips on a plate, pour a little of the sauce and then the hot chicken broth.
I already served the cream soup, avocado and cheese on top.

TIPS

You can decorate with guajillo chili chips.
