Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 pasilla chili peppers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 white onions
  • 4 cambray potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 corn
  • 1 branch fresh epazote
  • 1/2 kilos flank steak, in pieces
  • 1 to taste coarse salt

Preparation

Grind the tomatoes, the garlic and the onion in the blender.
On the other hand wash and peel potatoes carrots and xoconoztle.
Split the carrots and corn ears in half.
In the express pot pour the smoothie with the meat and vegetables along with the epazote branch. Add salt to taste and cook for 30 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve warm and accompany with white rice.
