Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup chard, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 4 cups chicken soup
  • 2 cups chickpea, Cooked and drained
  • 1 cup fish fillet, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 pinches black pepper, milled
  • 3 eggs, hard boiled for 15 minutes in water, peeled and cut into slices

Preparation

Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Sauté the onion, garlic and Swiss chard for 2 minutes.
Add the tomato puree and cook for 1 more minute. Incorporate chicken broth, chickpeas. Let boil for 2 minutes.
Add the fish fillet and cook for 3 more minutes. Pepper and serve.
Decorate with slices of hard-boiled egg.
