With this recipe of broth, you can enjoy an excellent choice of pot mole without spicy and very nutritious for children, or for those at home who do not eat spicy. We present you a very easy recipe, full of vitamins and flavor. This mole of white pot is a caldito that will cure you to the raw with its delicious flavor and that will go perfectly well accompanied by handmade tortillas and lemon.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo chambarete, boneless, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 white onions
  • 1/2 heads garlic
  • to taste salt
  • 2 corn, cut into thirds
  • 1 cup potato, diced
  • 1 cup carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup chayote squash, diced
  • 1 bunch epazote
  • 1 cup green bean
  • 1 cup cabbage, cut into strips
  • 1 cup pumpkin, diced
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • enough lemon

Preparation

In a pot over medium heat heat water, add the chambarete, marrow, white onion, garlic, season with salt and cook until the meat begins to release impurities (foam). With the help of a spoon remove all impurities and continue cooking for 30 more minutes.
Add the corn pieces and cook for 20 minutes, then the potatoes, the carrot, the chayotes, the epazote and cook for 15 more minutes. Add the green beans, cabbage, squash, cilantro bunch and cook until softened.
Serve hot, accompanied by tortillas and lemons.

In a deep dish, accompanied by handmade tortillas and lemons.

TIPS

The marrow gives a lot of flavor to the broths, although if you want an option without a lot of fat, do not put it.

Es muy parecido a la olla carne de Costa Rica q lleva verduras y carne de res en un caldo cocido en olla de presión queda muy rico y alimenta mucho
