Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cups Pure Natural Tomato Puree®
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 cup elbow pasta
  • 2 carrots, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups corn, shelled
  • 1/2 cups eggplant, defiled, and cut in cubes
  • 1 cup mushroom, filleted
  • 1 broccoli, cut into small trees
  • 1 cup zucchini, cut in half moon
  • 3 cups chicken soup
  • 1/2 cups fresh coriander

Preparation

Add the onion and garlic in the blender with the Fuerte Natural Tomato Puree and the chicken broth, blend well and reserve.
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat and add the coditos to saute a little.
Add the blender mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the carrot and wait for 2 minutes to cook, the eggplant and cook for 3 more minutes, add mushrooms, broccoli and let it cook for a minute add zucchini and finally fill with the chicken broth and wait for the vegetables are cooked.
Add some chopped fresh coriander and serve.
