This spicy shrimp broth is ideal to take away your hangover and start the day on the right foot. You will not believe how easy it is to prepare this bartender shrimp broth that is also accompanied with potato, carrot and fresh shrimp. A delicious taste guaranteed!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 árbol chiles
  • 2 bell chili
  • 10 piquín chilis
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 tomatoes, In rooms
  • 1 onion, In rooms
  • 1/2 cups Dry shrimp
  • 1 cup water
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup potato, diced
  • 1 cup carrot, diced
  • 1 cup fresh shrimp, with shell and with head
  • lime, To accompany
  • cracker, To accompany

Preparation

In a small pot, heat the oil and fry the chilies together with the garlic, tomato, onion and dried shrimp for 5 minutes, pour in the water and cook for 10 minutes.
Blend for 3 minutes and if necessary strain.
Return the broth to the pot, season with salt and pepper, add the water and potatoes, cook for 5 minutes, add the carrot and cover. Cook for 20 minutes. Add the fresh shrimp and cook for 10 more minutes.
Serve hot and accompany with lemons and crackers.

TIPS

If you do not have this type of dried chilies, you can substitute them for guajillo chili and morita chili.
